This course deals with (1) set theory, (2) polynomials, systems of equations and inequalities, (3) functions of one variable, (4) limits and continuity, (5) derivatives, (6) graph sketching techniques, (7) anti-derivatives, (8) sequences and series, (9) functions of two variables.

The final grade is composed based on the following categories:
Oral Exam determines 50% of the final mark.
Written Exam determines 50% of the final mark.

Within the Oral Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Mondeling Examen_Theorie with a relative weight of 50 which comprises 50% of the final mark.

Within the Written Exam category, the following assignments need to be completed:

  • Schriftelijk Examen_Oefeningen with a relative weight of 50 which comprises 50% of the final mark.

There will be a written and an oral exam. The total mark will be calculated as follows:

  • 50% written exam (exercises)
  • 50% oral exam (theory)
